What is a Dental Savings Plan?

Answer:  A dental savings plan is like a membership in a wholesale warehouse club.  You pay an annual fee and get access to significantly reduced rates for your dental procedures at General Dentists and Specialists. Our plan is accepted by thousands of dentists in approximately 30 states nationwide. These participating providers agree to charge reduced fees for the dental services you need. So you receive the quality care you want at a greater savings than you ever imagined possible. 

       

How long has DENTAL CARE RX been in business?

Answer:  Our business first started in 1991. We have been providing our members savings and a smile for well over 20 years!

 

Is this insurance?

Answer:DENTAL CARE RX is not an insurance company and is not responsible for the payment of your dental bills.  It is a fee-for-service plan with no claim forms that have to be filed. We believe our plan is better than traditional dental insurance because you have no waiting periods, no deductibles to meet, no cap or limit on your usage, and the discounts you receive are similar to regular insurance out of pocket expenses for major dental procedures without paying a high monthly insurance premium. Simply put, with our plan you get savings and a smile.

 

How do I enroll?

Answer:It is simple and quick.  Call and speak to a Membership Representative who will walk you through a brief enrollment form over the phone.  After the enrollment form is complete and payment has been processed, your membership will be put into effect.  It only takes two - three minutes to become a member.

 

How often can I use my plan?

Answer: DENTAL CARE RX places your care first.  There are no limits on how many times you may use your plan or on the number of visits you can make to your dentist during the calendar year.

 

How soon does the plan go into effect after I enroll?

Answer:Immediately.  You will receive a temporary card in the mail within 2 - 3 business days after you enroll and you may use that card for 30 days while you are waiting for your permanent card to arrive within 3 – 4 weeks.

 

Is there a waiting period?

Answer:No.  You can make a dental appointment the very same day you enroll and you may use your plan for any dental procedure immediately. All pre-existing conditions are eligible for discounts.

 

How often will my membership rate increase?

Answer:Your membership rate will never increase as long as you do not let your coverage lapse.

 

Can I cancel if I change my mind?

Answer: Yes, if you have not used the plan, you can cancel within the first 30 days of enrolling and receive a refund. We do not think this will be necessary, as we are sure you will be happy with the many discounts you will receive as a member of our plan. If you choose to cancel, we do require that you submit your request for cancellation in writing along with returning your membership card.
